LVM Snapshot Toolkit

A toolkit (based on Bashinator) for creating snapshots of LVM logical volumes and even a mirror of the complete system (including non-LVM volumes), e.g. for backup purposes.

Quickstart

On Gentoo Linux:

	# add the wschlich overlay

	layman -a wschlich

	# install lvm-snaptool

	emerge lvm-snaptool

	# see the example stuff

	ls -l /usr/share/doc/lvm-snaptool-*/example
